BLT Wraps

Ingredients: (per 1 serving)

  • 1 Egg Thins™ with Gluten-Free Grains

  • 1 teaspoon butter

  • 1-2 pieces of lettuce (bib, romaine, or iceberg)

  • 2-3 pieces of bacon, cooked

  • 2-3 slices of tomato

  • 1 tablespoon mayo (optional) 

  • Avocado slices (optional)

Directions:

  1. Heat butter on skillet, place wrap on pan and warm up for 30 seconds on both sides.

  2. Transfer to a plate and let cool for a few seconds. Spread mayo (optional) on wrap, add lettuce, top with bacon and tomato slices. 

  3. Fold both sides in to make a wrap. Enjoy!
