Ingredients: (per 1 serving)
1 Egg Thins™ with Gluten-Free Grains
1 teaspoon butter
1-2 pieces of lettuce (bib, romaine, or iceberg)
2-3 pieces of bacon, cooked
2-3 slices of tomato
1 tablespoon mayo (optional)
Avocado slices (optional)
Heat butter on skillet, place wrap on pan and warm up for 30 seconds on both sides.
Transfer to a plate and let cool for a few seconds. Spread mayo (optional) on wrap, add lettuce, top with bacon and tomato slices.
Fold both sides in to make a wrap. Enjoy!
