Caramelized Apple crêpes


Ingredients: (per 1 serving)

  • 1 Mini Naked Crêpe

  • 1 small apple, sliced thin

  • 1-2 tablespoons butter

  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar


  1. Peel, core and slice the apple.

  2. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a pan over medium-high heat and add the apple slices to the pan.

  3. Add sugar and cook until the fruit is caramelized.

  4. Remove the apple slices and set aside on a warm dish.

  5. De-glaze the pan with a quarter/half of a cup of water, stir for a minute or two, and set the glaze aside.

  6. Heat the crêpe on a buttered skillet for 5-10 seconds per side. 

  7. Place the crêpe on a plate and top with apple slices and pour the glaze on top.

  8. Fold and enjoy!
