cinnamon Sugar Bowl

Ingredients: (per 1 serving)

  • 1 Egg White Thins®

  • 1-2 tablespoons butter

  • Cinnamon sugar

  • Mixed berries

  • Whipped cream


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 

  2. Melt butter in saucepan or microwave. Brush butter on both sides of wrap and then dip both sides into cinnamon sugar.

  3. Use the back of a cupcake pan, place thins in between cups in an (x) shape. Or take some aluminum foil and shape into a ball, place wraps on that ball.

  4. Place cupcake tin or foil balls onto baking sheet.

  5. Bake for 8 to 12 minutes, or until golden and crispy.

  6. Let bowl cool before serving. Add some whipped cream and mixed berries. Enjoy!
