Egg White Thins® Chips

Ingredients: (per 1 serving)

  • (2) Egg White Thins®

  • 1-2 tablespoons olive oil or cooking spray

  • Salt


  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. Brush the wraps with olive oil or use cooking spray on both sides. Cut wraps in half and then quarters, making four triangles from each wrap.

  3. Arrange triangle pieces on greased baking sheet in a single layer. Sprinkle salt all over wraps. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the chips are golden brown.

  4. Let chips cool before serving. They will get crisper as they cool.

  5. Serve with salsa, guacamole, or spinach dip.
