Lox, Cream cheese, scallion crêpe

Ingredients: (per 1 serving)

  • 1 Egg Thins™ with Cauliflower

  • 1 tablespoon butter

  • 2 tablespoons of cream cheese

  • 1-2 pieces of Lox (depending on size of piece)

  • Scallions or chives, thinly sliced


  1. Heat butter on skillet, place wrap on pan and warm up for 5-10 seconds per side.

  2. Transfer wrap to a plate, let cool for a minute. Spread cream cheese on top or bottom half of the wrap, place pieces of lox onto cream cheese, sprinkle scallions/chives on top. 

  3. Fold wrap in half. Sprinkle additional scallions or chives on top. Enjoy!
