Lox, Cream cheese, scallion crêpe
Ingredients: (per 1 serving)
1 Mini Naked Crêpe
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons of cream cheese
1-2 pieces of Lox (depending on size of piece)
Scallions or chives, thinly sliced
Heat butter on skillet, place crêpe on pan and warm up for 5-10 seconds per side.
Transfer crêpe to a plate, let cool for a minute. Spread cream cheese on top or bottom half of the crêpe, place pieces of lox onto cream cheese, sprinkle scallions/chives on top.
Fold crêpe in half. Sprinkle additional scallions or chives on top. Enjoy!
