  • Early 1970s

    Crepini® Founders, Paula and Eric immigrated from Russia to the United States in search of a better life and opportunities for their family. They were 10 years old at the time and are grateful to their parents for taking the opportunity to bring them to America. Special gratitude to the Rimer family for detouring in Paris, France in January 1972 to meet aunts and cousins who introduced them to the French Crêpes. It was during that trip oversees on their way to New York where the Russian blini met the French Crêpe.

  • 1988

    The Crepini® founders took a chance and left corporate America to launch a tech company which grew to be a leader in IT consulting to Fortune 500 companies.

  • 2007

    Crepini’s dream of bringing crêpes into every American household was taking shape as they introduced Crepini®, America's Crêpe. Their signature product, the Naked Crêpe is a fusion of the classic French crêpe and Russian blini. It’s all-natural, delicious, and ready to eat in seconds—which makes it a perfect staple for any sweet or savory meal, snack, or dessert.

  • 2007-2011

    Crepini® exhibits at trade shows and meets with interested and curious buyers from all over the country. The Crepini® Crêpe becomes a hot, and in-demand product after receiving accolades and praise. The product even won (4) Silver SOFI Awards, which represent the best of the best in the specialty food industry.

  • 2013

    Crepini® Naked line wins Progressive Grocer Editor’s Pick. All picks are judged on taste, innovation, functionality, overall value and suitability for the mainstream grocery channel.

  • 2014

    Fortunately the company was ready for nationwide sales to global retailers and major food service accounts with their successful ISO22000- FSSC22000 certification.

  • 2015

    Paula and Eric’s sons, Sam and Ari join the business, thus creating a true family venture. Sam travels around the USA quickly bringing in nationwide clients and getting Crepini® to thousands of new doors across the country. Ari is working hard to ensure the company process of Food Safety and Quality Control exceeds expectations.

  • 2018

    Crepini® is sold in over 4,000 stores nationwide and growing fast. Also, the Egg White Thins® are born! It started out as recipe research project gone wrong, but it ended up becoming a hot, new product for Crepini®. The Egg White Thins® appealed to a new market of consumers who are looking for unique and healthy alternatives to breads and wraps. It’s also a great product for consumers that have diet restrictions (dairy and gluten).

    It's also a HUGE year for the Shkolnik family as Sam and Lisa get married. Lisa joins both the family and the business, as Crepini® gains a dedicated Marketing Chief.
