PB&J crêpe

Ingredients: (per 1 serving)

  • 1 Mini Naked Crêpe

  • 1 tablespoon butter

  • 2 tablespoons of jelly, grape or strawberry

  • 2 tablespoons of peanut butter or other nut butter spread

  • Chopped Nuts (optional)

Directions:

  1. Heat butter on a skillet, place crêpe on pan and warm up for 30 seconds on both sides. Or microwave for 15-30 seconds. 

  2. Transfer to a plate. Spread peanut butter over crêpe. Top with jelly and chopped nuts (optional).

  3. Roll into a burrito shape or fold into a triangle. Enjoy!
