Ingredients: (per 1 serving)
1 Mini Naked Crêpe
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons of jelly, grape or strawberry
2 tablespoons of peanut butter or other nut butter spread
Chopped Nuts (optional)
Heat butter on a skillet, place crêpe on pan and warm up for 30 seconds on both sides. Or microwave for 15-30 seconds.
Transfer to a plate. Spread peanut butter over crêpe. Top with jelly and chopped nuts (optional).
Roll into a burrito shape or fold into a triangle. Enjoy!
