Ingredients: (per 1 serving)

  • (1) Egg White Thins®

  • Olive oil

  • 1-2 tablespoons of tomato sauce 

  • 2-3 tablespoons of shredded mozzarella cheese

  • Optional Toppings: pepperoni, sausage, peppers, black olives, mushrooms

  • Oregano or garlic powder (optional)


  1. Preheat oven to 400 °F.

  2. Place wrap on a baking sheet. Brush with olive oil. Bake in the preheated oven for about 3 to 5 minutes.

  3. Remove wrap from the oven and spread tomato sauce on top. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of sauce. Add any toppings you’d like. 

  4. Bake in the preheated oven until cheese is melted, about 6-8 minutes.

  5. When ready, remove from oven and sprinkle some oregano and/or garlic powder (optional). Slice in half using a pizza cutter. Enjoy!
