Southwestern breakfast burrito
Ingredients: (per 1 serving)
1 Egg White Thins®
1 tablespoon butter
3 slices of red and/or green peppers, thinly sliced and grilled/sautéed
2-3 slices of onions, thinly sliced and grilled/sautéed
2 tablespoons of shredded cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons of salsa
Heat butter on skillet, place thin on pan and warm up for 30 seconds on one side. *Or microwave for 15-30 seconds.
Flip the thin over. Add shredded cheese to the middle of the thin and let melt about 15-30 seconds. Top with slices of cooked peppers and onions.
Transfer to a plate. Add salsa on top and roll into a burrito shape. Enjoy!
