Southwestern breakfast burrito

Ingredients: (per 1 serving)

  • 1 Egg White Thins®

  • 1 tablespoon butter

  • 3 slices of red and/or green peppers, thinly sliced and grilled/sautéed 

  • 2-3 slices of onions, thinly sliced and grilled/sautéed

  • 2 tablespoons of shredded cheddar cheese

  • 2 tablespoons of salsa


  1. Heat butter on skillet, place wrap on pan and warm up for 30 seconds on one side. *Or microwave for 15-30 seconds. 

  2. Flip the wrap over. Add shredded cheese to the middle of the wrap and let melt about 15-30 seconds. Top with slices of cooked peppers and onions.

  3. Transfer to a plate. Add salsa on top and roll into a burrito shape. Enjoy!
