Taco Bowl

Ingredients: (per 1 serving)

  • 1 Egg Thins™ With Cauliflower

  • 1 tablespoon of sour cream

  • 1 avocado, sliced

  • 1/3 cup shredded cheese

  • 1/3 cup black beans

  • Jalapenos (optional)

Directions:

  1. Heat Egg Thins™ With Cauliflower on skillet, and warm up for 30 seconds - 1 minute on each side (or until very crispy).

  2. Transfer to a plate. Add sour cream, black beans, cheese, jalapenos, and sliced avocado to the middle of thin.

  3. Enjoy!
