Tomato Avocado Taco
Ingredients: (per 1 serving)
1 Egg White Thins®
1 tablespoon butter
1 avocado, sliced
1/4 cup of salsa or pico de gallo
Heat butter on skillet, place wrap on pan and warm up for 30 seconds on each side. Or microwave for 15-30 seconds. *For crunchier taco, warm on buttered skillet until browned.
Transfer to a plate. Add sliced avocado to the middle of wrap, top with salsa.
Fold in half. Enjoy!
