Tomato Avocado Taco

Ingredients: (per 1 serving)

  • 1 Egg White Thins®

  • 1 tablespoon butter

  • 1 avocado, sliced

  • 1/4 cup of salsa or pico de gallo


  1. Heat butter on skillet, place wrap on pan and warm up for 30 seconds on each side. Or microwave for 15-30 seconds. *For crunchier taco, warm on buttered skillet until browned.

  2. Transfer to a plate. Add sliced avocado to the middle of wrap, top with salsa. 

  3. Fold in half. Enjoy!
