YOgurt, berries, & Honey crêpe

Ingredients: (per 1 serving)

  • 1 Egg Thins™ with Gluten-Free Grains

  • 1 tablespoon butter

  • 2-3 tablespoons of plain or Greek yogurt

  • 1/4 cup or handful of mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, blackberries)

  • 1 tablespoon honey


  1. Heat butter on skillet, place wrap on pan and warm up for 5-10 seconds per side.

  2. Transfer wrap to a plate, let cool for a minute. Spoon yogurt onto middle of wrap, sprinkle mixed berries on top, and then add honey.

  3. Fold bottom of wrap up, in half and then roll into cigar shape. 

  4. Add a few more berries and/or honey on top. Enjoy!
