YOgurt, berries, & Honey crêpe
Ingredients: (per 1 serving)
1 Mini Naked Crêpe
1 tablespoon butter
2-3 tablespoons of plain or Greek yogurt
1/4 cup or handful of mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, blackberries)
1 tablespoon honey
Heat butter on skillet, place crêpe on pan and warm up for 5-10 seconds per side.
Transfer crêpe to a plate, let cool for a minute. Spoon yogurt onto middle of crêpe, sprinkle mixed berries on top, and then add honey.
Fold bottom of crêpe up, in half and then roll into cigar shape.
Add a few more berries and/or honey on top. Enjoy!
