YOgurt, berries, & Honey crêpe

Ingredients: (per 1 serving)

  • 1 Mini Naked Crêpe

  • 1 tablespoon butter

  • 2-3 tablespoons of plain or Greek yogurt

  • 1/4 cup or handful of mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, blackberries)

  • 1 tablespoon honey

Directions:

  1. Heat butter on skillet, place crêpe on pan and warm up for 5-10 seconds per side.

  2. Transfer crêpe to a plate, let cool for a minute. Spoon yogurt onto middle of crêpe, sprinkle mixed berries on top, and then add honey.

  3. Fold bottom of crêpe up, in half and then roll into cigar shape. 

  4. Add a few more berries and/or honey on top. Enjoy!
